We plan and style a wide range of private and corporate events, including birthday parties, baby showers, garden parties, themed celebrations, office parties, Christmas and festive events, product launches, networking events, fundraising events and selected wedding celebrations.
We can work on individual elements of an event or help create the overall look and experience from concept through to setup.

Our main event planning and styling area covers London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Every outdoor event is planned around the space, guest numbers, access and practical requirements of the day.
Yes. You do not have to book full event planning.
We can provide individual elements such as backdrops, themed displays, décor and selected props, or we can style and coordinate the wider event.
The level of support can be tailored to what you need.
Yes. We create themed styling for birthdays, baby showers, private celebrations and other events.
This can include backdrops, balloon installations, decorative displays and coordinated event styling designed around your chosen theme, venue and budget.
Yes. Where setup and collection form part of the agreed package, our team will arrange delivery, installation and collection around the event timetable.
Props and equipment may be delivered on the day or, where appropriate, in advance of the event.
The earlier the better, particularly for larger events, weekends and busy periods such as Christmas.
However, availability varies and we can sometimes accommodate events at shorter notice. The best approach is to contact us as soon as you know your preferred date.
Yes. We can discuss the style and scale of the event around your available budget and advise what is realistic.
Because every event is different, we prefer to understand what you are trying to create before recommending the most appropriate approach.
Yes. Our service is flexible.
You may want complete event styling, or simply a backdrop, display, décor element, giant illuminated numbers, a garden dome, or selected equipment. We can agree the scope around the requirements of your event.

Every event is different, so we do not use one standard price for all backdrops or styled events.
The final cost depends on factors such as the size of the installation, the type and quantity of décor, the venue or location, access and setup time, delivery and collection requirements, and whether you are booking a single styling element or a more complete event setup.
